Hello to all my lovely followers and visitors! Today starts a new challenge over at Crafty Boots Challenges, and the theme is Food Glorious Food!
For my design team card, I thought I would pick one of my favorite foods - CAKE. Here's the card.
I used a Pachela digi stamp which I got over at Cuddly Buddly. The coloring was done with flex markers, with the cake frosting done with Papermania fluid metallic brush pens. The distressing is done with dusty concord and stormy sky distress ink.
The layers are done using Grand Nesties and the flowers were punched out with a tonic punches and embellished with gems.
This card is actually a birthday card for my mother in law, who's birthday is today (20 Feb), so Happy Birthday Helmi! Hopefully the actual card will reach her in Germany before this post goes live.
