The challenge is light and dark as you hopefully might have guessed. I used Craft Artist Professional to make the layouts / backgrounds and inserted the Simply Betty Stamps image. After printing, I colored the images with Flex Markers. This is actually one card, with each topper on the opposite side of the card. I am trying to think of something clever I can use for the insert, but I have not thought of anything yet.
Anyway, I am entering this card into the Simply Challenged Challenge from 7 July. I hope you like it.
