JIC Olympic Sports - MayzyArt - Use it Up #5

It is Thursday morning, and that means it is time for another challenge at Just Inspirational Challenges.  We are being sponsored by the wonderful MayzyArt Digital Stamp Designs, and with the Olympics starting imminently, the theme is Olympic Sports.  

Here is a photo to inspire you.  Remember, you can make a project taking any inspiration from this picture - whether it be colors, style, or subject matter etc.  Let your imagination run wild - or by all  means show us your best Olympic Sports related projects.  I am sure there are quite a few of them floating around at there in the crafty blogging world!

 And, for a little more inspiration, here is my project using the adorable 'Tennis' digi from MayzyArt.

The image is colored with Flex Markers.  All the paper and card came out of my cut off's box, so in addition to being my design team card for JIC, it is also the next in my own  ' Use it Up' series...lol.  It is difficult to see it the pic, but the layer just behind the image is pealescent blue, as is the blue layer underneath the textured red paper.

As I was taking the pic this morning (which I was in a panic to do as I forgot it was Wednesday yesterday and by extension that the new JIC challenge would be starting today) I thought the card needed just a little something more.  I decided on liquid pearls in baby blue.  Perhaps I should have left well enough alone as the top ones are not as straight and even as I would have liked.  That is what I get for crafting in a panic at 6 am..lol.

Anyway, it is what it is...and I hope even with its flaws it is something you can draw some inspiration from.  Check out the main blog for the creations by the rest of the design team, and do link up your projects.
